Dear developer,
It’s been an exciting year so far. From advancements in app-chains, to new tools for on-chain gaming. From syntactical improvements in Cairo, to parallelization on the sequencer. Each improvement in the infrastructure has helped builders ship more apps on Starknet, add new features and bring an air of excitement to the ecosystem.

#1: Education
Are you interested in diving into ZK/Validity proofs, Cairo and the future of Ethereum? The online, English based Starknet Basecamp v.11 is starting on Nov. 27
Join a 6 week basecamp with the Starknet Foundation’s master educator - Mr. David Barreto.
Technical assistance will be provided to students, live and async.

If you prefer to learn completely asynchronously, the Scaffold-Stark team has developed an amazing set of coding challenges called speedrunstark that you can find here. Do not take the speedrun slightly, all these awesome teams in the ecosystem are already building on their rails and you could be next 🚀
#2. Meetups/Events
The Starknet Foundation will be hosting it’s third hacker house this year, with a cohort of some of the most brilliant and innovative developers in the ecosystem. Feel free to stop over to cheer them on as they labour to turn their ideas into reality.
The Demo day will be held at the The Fig Lobby boutique hotel at 5 pm on Nov. 10.
Also located at the Fig Lobby, Stark Space will be a vibrant, mixed-use community hub where developers, gamers, and blockchain enthusiasts can retreat, recharge, and reimagine web3.
Open daily from 10 AM to 4 PM, Monday, November 11th to Friday, November 15th, Stark Space Bangkok will be home to over 50 events, found here.
#3: New Integrations
Thanks to the open-source contributions of Pragma and Nethermind - Hyperplane is expanding to Starknet and the CairoVM. Hyperplane is an open interoperability framework for blockchains, and this implementation is set to introduce multiple powerful features for Starknet developers.
Next, and this is more of a subtle flex for the community, Snapshot Labs has just launched Snapshot X - a fully on-chain voting protocol - using Starknet. On-chain voting on Snapshot X is expected to be 10-50x cheaper than voting on L1. Snapshot X also enables features like cross-chain voting, voting-strategy suggestions, and more.
Another flex - Metamask just announced its first-ever non-EVM documentation for developers. And it’s for Starknet. More on that here.
Finally, if you are an app developer using Cairo and Starknet - you should finally be able to list your apps on DappRadar. DappRadar is an online tool which enables the exploration of Web3 projects across 60+ blockchains.
#4. Development News
Scarb just launched a new feature for developers to be able to publish their Cairo packages to the scarb.xyz registry via command line. Once uploaded, packages will be available for other users to download and use.
Secondly, Argent just launched the Telegram Accelerator Program to help builders create innovative mini-apps using the Argent Telegram Wallet SDK and Starknet’s Layer 2 scaling technology. Telegram is one of the fastest growing social networks and offers developers the ability to build applications within it.

Lastly, let’s talk about all you game developers out there. Having incubated many of the teams that have or will launch robust games on Starknet soon - Loot Survivor, Dope Wars, Eternum, zKorp, Paved, Underware and more - Cartridge just announced it’s “Developer Partnership Program” to support more talent.
